With our 24-hour call out response, we aim to resolve any issues quickly and efficiently and wherever possible will visit you the same day you get in touch. We charge a simple fee.

Our Simple 3-Step Process
We keep everything as straightforward as possible, from your first call through to the day your stairlift is installed. Here’s what to expect.
1/ Assessment
On your first call with us, we will ask you some questions about your staircase and yourself to help us understand what your needs are and how we can help you. If you need more information we will arrange to come and visit you so we can give you advice specific to you and your home. Typically, we can be with you in 1-2 days.
First, we will talk with you to understand what needs and wants you have. Next, we will measure your staircase, assessing what type of rail it will require and if any preparatory work (such as installing an extra power point or removing furniture/radiators) is required. We will ensure that any changes required are included within your quotation which will help you plan the whole process from start to finish.
From here, we can give you some considered options and you can choose your stairlift. We will provide you with an accurate no-obligation quotation. You can then decide – in your own time – whether you would like to go ahead and order. The price we quote will be the price you pay, with no hidden extras.
2/ Quote
Once you decide to order with us, we will ask you for a deposit and we will liaise with you to find a suitable date to install. Our stairlifts and rails are customised to order and made to the highest quality standards. If you select a reconditioned stairlift we can usually instal a straight stairlift the next day and will need around 10 days for a curved rail stairlift. When you select a new stairlift it takes around 5 days for a straight stairlift to be available and around four weeks for a curved rail stairlift to be available. Installation for a curved staircase takes around two weeks from assessment due to the bespoke manufacturing requirements of a curved rail.
3/ Installation
Stairlift installations normally take a couple of hours and because stairlifts fix to the steps and not the wall, there is very little mess or disruption to your home. Even so, we always carry a vacuum with us, so we can clean up after ourselves and leave your home as tidy as we found it. As part of your installation, we will show you how to use all the features of your stairlift. Most importantly, we’ll stay until you’re 100% confident in safely using your stairlift.
